If something goes awry with your kit, we may not necessarily be able to replace it, but we can offer you guidance for the next time around.  If you followed ALL of our directions and still had a problem, we may be able to send you a replacement.  Please reach out to us with details and photos.

While replacements may be an option, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.  If you need to pause your subscription, please let us know.

We do our best, but mistakes can happen. There is always a chance that your kit will grow something other than what’s on the label.  MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU HAVE a 100% POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION ON ANY MUSHROOM OR FUNGUS BEFORE CONSUMING OR USING.
